As the clock ticked to EURO 2020, we pulled out all the stops to celebrate the upcoming tournament. We've created an epic activation that's got everyone talking - a giant Lego stadium!
This custom-made mock-up is a true engineering masterpiece designed from scratch by a passionate Lego Technic enthusiast and influencer. With 12,000 pieces and weighing in at a whopping 15 kilograms, it's a sight to behold.
But it's more than just a work of art. It symbolizes unity, teamwork, and our unbridled passion for the beautiful game. That's why we decided to involve kids from charitable foundations and football and ballet academies in building four stadium stands, culminating in a final event where they saw their hard work come to life.
To make the event even more special, we invited Skillzy Mascot and UEFA Ambassador Andrey Arshavin to join in the fun. And what a sight it was to see the little ones' faces light up as they helped install the stadium's roof!
The Lego stadium may be just a model, but it represents so much more - the spirit of teamwork, the joy of creation, and the thrill of competition.
